Organ Additions Fund
Donations for this fund will be given to complete the lower register of the Flentrop Organ at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. The organ was built over 25 years ago and is recognized by international organists as a superior example of organ building. The instrument is featured on a monthly recital series entitled "Evensong and Organ Recitals" from June through September.
The Berkeley Food Pantry
This local community organization has been in existence for 25 years. The BFP is a cooperative ministry of churches and organizations in the Berkeley-Albany area. It was originally founded by women in the Berkeley Friends Church and other churches which were part of the Sather Gate Churches. The service network is composed of 100% volunteers. The recipients who participate in the year round food bank total 250 families per month and they are screened for need by agencies in the community.
