Daniel Norris
Trumpet Soloist
Daniel Norris is currently a music major at Cal State Hayward. He is studying trumpet with Jay Rizzetto and is active in several university ensembles and professional orchestras in the Bay Area. He is the principal trumpet of the San Francisco Youth Orchestra, Holy Names Orchestra, and the California State University Orchestra. Daniel has appeared with the Santa Rosa Symphony and has also performed as principal trumpet with the Ballet California Orchestra. In addition to the trumpet, Daniel enjoys musical composition and arranging, playing the flute, and is an accomplished performer on the Didgeridoo.
