Greg HoffTenorGregory Hoff, after graduating from the Morris Nilson Boys Choir in Minneapolis, Minnesota, didn't take up serious singing again until the late 1970s. He joined the Berkeley Community Chorus and Orchestra, where he studied voice with Eugene Jones, performed tenor solos in a significant number of classical works, did a one-year stint as the group's president, and met and married his lovely wife Jaye. He was also a chorus member and tenor soloist for three years with the Berkeley Harmonia. Greg will always tell you the most fun he had making music was the years he spent singing quartets with the infamous "Motown Cowboys." He lives in Albany with his wife and two sons and is the Plant Superintendent for Castrol Motor Oil in Richmond. |
