Jonathan Shane Davis

Harpsichord Soloist

Jonathan Shane Davis is a Berkeley native. He began studying the piano with Julia Konjak while attending the Crowden School. Among his teachers were Martha Wasely-Claridge, on the faculty of UC Berkeley, Dr. Robert Spillman and Dr. Elizabeth Farr, both instructors at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Currently Jonathan is studying with Laurette Goldberg at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where he assists both Ms. Goldberg and Anthony Martin with the Baroque curriculum there. In addition to teaching Jonathan has performed in the 1997 Bass Bash with Paul Ellison, the Young Peoples Symphony Orchestra, and the San Francisco State University Orchestra. Jonathan is also an instructor and accompanist for the Cazadero Performing Arts Camp.
