Steven Rogino

Baritone

Steven Rogino holds a BA degree in music from Cal State University at Hayward. While at Cal State he sang under Harry Carter and Rudolph Saltzer with the College Singers and the Chamber Chorale. He has had numerous church jobs throughout the Bay Area since 1970. Mr. Rogino sang in the concert chorale at the Carmel Bach Festival in 1971 and 1991 and performed with the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra Chorale in Handel's Jeptha, Nicholas McGegan conducting. He has been a professional soloist with the San Francisco Symphony Chorus since 1989 and was a featured soloist in Shenandoah on a chorus CD recording. Steven has sung as a soloist with the symphony orchestras of Oakland, Berkeley, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and San Francisco State. He appeared with the San Francisco Symphony in A Rodgers and Hammerstein Revue in the summer concert series in 1995.
